Tivo on demand keeps giving error code c130

  1. I keep having c130 error code. All on demand keeps switching off.

Hi

My name is craig I work for virginmedia,could you go in menu-settings-network then connect to virginmedia service and let that upload and see what happens.

Also could you go into system info-diagonstic-and it should have a return and have a number next to it ie 45db could you tell me if there is.

Thank you i have been doing the settings etc. For days. It starts to work but as soon as go bak to demand it stops working.
