Tivo box won't restart

Hi,

My Tivo box loops between "Installing new software... Do not power down",  "Starting up",  and then blank screen.   Loops, over and over.

Have tried rebooting / unplugging / checking cables, etc.   multiple times.

Can anyone help, or do I need Virgin to send me a new box?
