Tivo box not been loading now for about an hour. Had it since may and any time i've had this orange light a quick reset has done the trick. Have reset 3 times in the last hour... no luck. Welcome screen...no signal....welcome screen....arrow icon...welcome screen...no signal. Phoned for support and told there is no issue and to reset again, i have, same problem!
Absolutely horrified, phoned virgin media and the lady was horrible. Had me crying and all sorts! When i explained why i was upset and asked for help she simple said 'are you done talking?' Shocking attitude. She then hung up the phone on me when i asked to speak to her manager as she refused to send an engineer since i have already turned off and on again 6 times! Fuming.
Finally got someone new on the phone and they sorted it in 2 minutes! Insane the difference in quality of staff.
I honestly think you should consider making a complaint about her conduct. Here is the complaints procedure, use the "thinking of leaving us" option if you do this by phone and say specifically "I'd like to make a formal complaint" or they won't listen.
