Tivo box keeps rebooting

I am sick to death of virgin sick this box been on phone one and half hours asking why the box keeps doing it had someone out to look at it and still doing it just give me a new box plz anyone else had the same problem thanks

Yeah had one out he looked at it changed leads everything two days later did it again every 20 mins kept rebooting trying to get thru to virgin is a joke I be ringing today am paying full wack for there service just a joke these cxxts

Sorry to hear of the issues you've had. Did the engineer confirm if there was a fault? Also did you manage to call the team, if so, what did they advise?

Well after all the talk off virgin saying the box is fine in the end send someone out to look at it and he looked at it said the box is  [REMOVED] and got a new one
