Vm have sent me a returns Package for me to send back a Faulty Tivo Box, but i had to have a tech nician for another Problem and gave it to him , i cant send email as my mail box seems defunkt, i have rang VM several time,, sent a complaint Ohhh and the list goes on,, anyway Im just worried that they may charge me saying its not returned,,, i have the name and Id of the Technician, ???

I have managed to speak to a Customer Service chap Called Andrew from the im leaving department?? as this was the only way i could get t speak to someone. I explained everything to him ,,, he said he has put a note on my account, and to ignore any further Emails or text ??? but i am still getting them??? is there any thing you can do to help??
