My TiVo has been intermittently going into a reboot loop for the last month. Everytime it’s been noticed has been out of hours and the phone cuts me off. Last night was the latest instance, went into the loop so moved onto freeview. After being left off all night it boots normally and passes self test. Can’t get through to ‘a person’ by phone, online Help is not capable of dealing with intermittent. Somebody help, I’m at the point of putting the box in the bin!

I'm sorry to hear you've been having a lot of trouble with your Tivo box, I was able to locate your account and can see that you were able to arrange for a replacement Tivo to be sent out to you which is great.
