TiVo box

Having problems with pixelation switched box off to reboot.

box is now just in a loop rebooting this has been happening for the last hour now 

any help or advice appreciated.

service status says no known faults .

You can try turning the box off at the mains for 5 minutes and then booting up again.

If that fails, it would either suggest the cause of the poor pictures was an issue with your incoming signal, which has now been lost.. or a failed box.

Your next port of call should be VM faults.
