TiVo box won’t turn on

I just joined virgin last week and set up the tv all fine. However a few days later the box will not turn on at all. I can’t seem to be able to contact customer services and have no idea how to request a new box?

The best way is to call C/S on 150 (or 0345 4541111) and report your box faulty that way.,

VM staff do work their way through posts on here, but it can take a few days to respond.

Thank you for your reply. I have called that number and followed a list of options but eventually the call just hung up rather than transfer me to a person. Hopefully someone from virgin will see this thread soon!
