I have a red screen stating the "software upgrade failed...exception code (6)" - Your TiVo box has encountered an error, please call Customer Support with above error code.
If i try to reboot by unplugging (which i have done several times) it goes from the welcome screen straight to this red screen - remote is useless.
I can't get through to Customer Support - please advise
