Hi ..

I want to terminate my TV package with Virgin Media and cannot phone them - does anyone know how to cancel online ... 

Should I write to this address : ... PO Box 333 - Matrix Court - Swansea SA7 9ZJ ..

I have been trying over and over to find a way to cancel my TV package and just can't find how to do it ... 

I only have TV with Virgin ....

Any help greatly appreciated - thanks

You can write or alternatively there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

Thanks for your reply 

I have already texted this number on the 1st April and just got an automated reply asking if I wanted to have a pause for my Sky Sports and/or BT Sports subscription .... not much other help ... 

So I will write to them aswell ..
