TVQ-PB-101

Hi, 

When streaming Netflix through our virgin media box, I am unable to watch a show for more than 5 mins before get the error message TVQ-PB-101. I have tried all the usual fixes (turning box off and on, checking all wires) to no avail. This issue never occurs when streaming on other devices.

I am aware of other threads on this topic (e.g. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-TV-V6/TVQ-PB-101/td-p/4346882 ) but am unable to find a satisfactory answer. 

Can anyone help?
