TV

My TV keeps pixilating.I am not getting anywhere with VM.What can I do?

Try a new HDMI cable first. Try it in other ports on the TV.
Check all the coax cable connections leading into the Tivo/V6 (assuming thats what you have[?]) are all in nice and tight (take them out and put them back).

You can also try to go through the below steps to refresh the services:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
