The box has been stuck on updated stages for almost 2 weeks now. I have tried rebooting it multiple times but whenever it 'finishes' the updates, it just starts them again. I live in rented housing and I cannot get the landlord to contact virgin as it's in his name. Is there anyway I can fix this on my end?
Really not sure what to suggest if you're not the account holder and don't have third party authority on the account. You can try disconnecting the box at the mains for 10minutes to force another update cycle, but I wouldn't hold out much hope to be honest.
