I have just replaced one of two V6 boxes because it was faulty, got it set up and working only to find out the other box now has code 7400 , no subscription to any channels no apps and services. Tried restarting the box twice and still nothing

I haved tried all the normal things to do, I just don't understand how it's working fine then all of a sudden ,no channels or apps, I have an engineer coming but not till Saturday, 🤦
