Our TV remote control which we have with our V6 box has started to work intermittently. but some of the numbers on the keypad are not working properly - they depress correctly but need to be pressed numerous times to respond; sometimes they work, other times they don't. We have installed new batteries but the issue has not gone away. Am I able to order a new one please?
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of new remote to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (TV Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
For now you could try using the TV Control app until you receive a replacement remote
