TV or TiVo box problem message on start up

Getting message: The application will be closed because it is too large to display.

Tried rebooting Tivo box - worked yesterday but not today.

Tried resetting TV (Sony).  Done signal and connection with WiFi, not sure if its connecting with box

any ideas from anyone please? And is there a Virgin engineer there please?

Thanks for getting in touch Bemused3 and sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Tivo box. I have looked into the background of this and it seems that a new box would be needed to resolve this issue.

 

To setup all of the arrangements for this, i will need to confirm some details so that we can pass account security and make the arrangements.
