tried calling to arrange for an engineer to visit, assess & repair fault with virgin tv. spent hours on the phone over the last few days with no reply / response at all. Really disappointed in Virgin Media. Left messages in various places on web site, still no luck. Virgin Media need to contact us asap.
Sorry to hear about your TV fault and that you managed to speak to an agent about it so far. Are you able to tell us more about the fault itself such as whether it's pixelating, no audio or picture? Also do you have more than one TV Box and if so, does the issues occur on all TV Boxes or just one?
