Had this error for weeks now no channels will load and I can’t even get to the TV guide now, upgraded my package yesterday hoping it could solve issue as well but no luck.
ive checked all the cable connections and everything is fine there, been on hold with virgin for 2 days at an hour a time and still. Smt get through are there any solutions to this?

Do you have a TiVo or a 6? If you're not sure, check here
S101 is normally indicative of internet connectivity issues, and the two boxes connect differently, so if you can confirm, someone on here can probably advise 🙂
