My TV connector cable has just broken (the yellow plug has separated from the cable). Does anyone know if I can simply go to the nearest Virgin Media store with the broken one and swap it for a new one?
If not, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to acquire a replacement (currently on hold with the phone service - 35 minutes so far).
I can see that you spoke to the team just after posting this thread. Did the team manage to help you to get your issue resolved as the notes say that they have but I want to make sure that it is from your side too.
I did eventually manage to speak to a Virgin help-line gent, who promised a new cable would be in the post to me as soo as his colleagues could. The cable arrived in the post on the Wednesday (three days after the phone call)
Very happy with the service - except for the wait on the help-line of course!!
