I have now been on hold for over 35minutes - this is the 4th time this week. We have two TV boxes and the 2nd one has not been able to connect for over a month. This is in line with not having a telephone line for over a week (and took 6 calls to finally get an engineer). Giving up the will to deal with virgin but with very little other options what can I do. How does anyone get help with virgin!!!
