You need to call Virgin Faults. 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the prompts for "I have a fault with my TV service".
The automated system may attempt some remote diagnostics initially and hang up on you while it does those. In which case, callback 10 or so minutes later and follow the options for "your fixes didn't work and I want an agent" (exact words may vary!!)
