I have been having considerable stuttering on all channels on live tv for several days ...... what’s the problem

By stuttering, do you mean your picture is freezing & pixellating? If so, that's a fault.
Reboot your box once, then check for known faults on 0800 5610061.
If nothing's reported, it's a fault that's only affecting you (or the others affected haven't reported it either). Call VM on 150 and report it.

Problem solved .... reboot did the trick ... thanks
