TV Package upgrade

Hello, I have just upgraded my TV bundle and I was wondering how long it takes to activate? Its been over an hour (I read that I takes up to 60 minutes to show new channels) I have also restarted my box and still nothing. Hope someone can help!

Any upgrade that is not done over the phone will take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > TV Care, there is an option for "I'm missing some channels" - this will make sure your channel list matches your account.

If they don't appear after that, then your package change hasn't been completed. You can either keep waiting and hope, or call 150 if you're particularly concerned.

As per my previous post, that would suggest that your TV package hasn't been amended.

I'd suggest calling C/S to check and potentially just do the change there & then.
