TV Package change

I recently received a call from Virginmedia informing me of an increase in my broadband speed to 200m for an extra 3p per month. I verbally accepted the offer and thought no more about it. The next day I found that access to a number of HD Sports channels were ‘greyed out’ on my channel guide.

i then received an email thanking me for changing my package to the 200m broadband speed as well as changing from Full House TV (XL) to Maxit TV? This was not made clear on the phone call and I did not agree to this particularly as it now means I would lose the Sky HD sports channels.

i am unsure how to get this changed back, has anybody else experienced this?

Hi Chapman1724, sorry to hear that you are having issues with the package, can you give us a call on 150/ 0345 454 1111 options 1,4,5 so that this can be reverted? ^CW
