I cannot log in to VIrgin TV GO app, or through the google chrome or any other browser. It just tells me either i can't use my sub-account (which its not) or just sign in failed. Virgin helpline refuse to help and it's becoming a total disgrace

Thanks Mark. was told i would be called back by Virgin to fix the issue. amazingly i was not so it's still unresolved.

When you say the team on the phone refuse to help, can you please expand on what has been advised?
I appreciate that you have tried logging in via different platforms but could you also please try and sign in via a different device?
Also, are you able to confirm if you can sign in to the Sky Sports/Movies apps or any My Virgin Media apps?
