I am getting an error saying settings retrieval error CS1010. Cant get through to anyone to help me. Can anyone suggest what I do if they have experienced this message on their TV?

Is it a new 360 box? CS1010 means the box needs activated if it’s just been installed. If it doesn’t activate overnight you’ll need to call in.
