TV ERROR CS1010

I am getting an error saying settings retrieval error CS1010. Cant get through to anyone to help me. Can anyone suggest what I do if they have experienced this message on their TV?

Error code help at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/cs1010-contactus just suggests calling this one in.

Similar codes relate to settings retrieval errors, so make sure you have a stable connection to your homehub for onward internet links. And check for reported faults on 0800 5610061

Is it a new 360 box? CS1010 means the box needs activated if it’s just been installed.  If it doesn’t activate overnight you’ll need to call in.
