TV Box freezing and remote not working (even after reboot)

My TiVo box is continually freezing and not allowing me to change channels (even after rebooting multiple times). All connections are secure. It is an older style TiVo box. I was offered a replacement a year ago but never received one as there was a backlog and they were not in stock.

How can I go about getting a replacement, upgraded TiVo box?

You need to call V/M on the usual number - 150 or 0345 4541111 from another phone.

Either follow the faults route for a like-for-like replacement, or consider the "re-negotiation" route if you want to look at your whole TV package with a view to a V6 swap. This assumes you also have VM broadband.
