TV Box Green Screen & Not Working

Good Evening,

My virgin media box was working yesterday but today is showing a green screen message about waiting for 3 hours.

It has now been more than 3 hours and the TV box still won't work.

Can't get through on the phone yet as I've been on hold for 55 minutes.

I have read some previous posts about needing a new box?

Can anyone advise, please.

Unfortunately.... your diagnosis that your box has failed and needs replacing is correct. VM Forum staff do work their way through posts on here, but it can take several days.

I therefore recommend that you keep persisting with calling TV Faults. Sorry I can't give better news.

Thanks for using the forums to get your issue looked into, I am sorry if this has caused disruption and frustration for you.

I can see from our faults checker that you had a call with the cancellations team, can you tell me a little more about how this call went please? I am sorry if you could not find a suitable resolution which forced you to contact that particular team. 

Please let me know if there's anything we can do to help get things back on track.
