I’ve just bought a Philips Smart TV and the Audio keeps going out of Sync, I have to pause or turn channel over then back again to get it synced again, Is there a setting that will cure this on my box? thanks in advance
Do you have the V6 box? If so using your remote do the following.
Home> help & Settings > Settings > Audio> Dolby Digital > click Dolby Digital to PCM and see if that works

I have exactly the same issue - with phillips smart tv too. Changing to PCM does fix it except the sound is now being recieved in stereo rather than Dolby digital.
When i change channel, i also have to pause the V6 box, let the sound catch up with the video, then unpause.. It then syncs..
This has actually only started happening since the new V6 firmware was pushed to the box..

Yes. That works but it sends the signal in stereo rather than dolby
Did you find a resolution for this? I have the same problem.
Yes - had to get a sound bar and pass the signal through the bar before it hits the TV
V6 - HDMI to soundbar HDMI in/passthrough - soundbar HDMI out to TV.
