I self-installed my new Virgin TV, Broadband and Phone on 7th July. Broadband and phone work. However, none of the TV channels work except non-HD versions of the main channels (BBC, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5). It seems the account is not activated and assigned to Unknown. I rang Virgin support on 8th and was told the issue had to be escalated and that I would get a call within 48 hours. To date I've not had a call back. I have used their text and phone services to try to activate the account without any joy.
It is frustrating enough that the service is not working, 4 days after it was supposed to, but worse is Virgin's apparent lack of interest.
I've noticed some people seem to have been helped to resolve the issue via this forum. I'd appreciate any help out there that can be offered.
