Channels work on frequencies and multiple channels use the same ones.
TLC (channel 167)
Uses the same frequency as channels -
256, 143, 250, 252, 284, 262, 259, 261 and 172.
Are all of those channels not working too? As it’s highly unusual for just one channel to go wrong without it being a loose connection or signal issue. If these other channels are working it may be a signal issue and an engineer visit or telephone health check would be the only option which you can arrange by calling 150 from your virgin landline or 0345 454 1111
