TIVO remote control not working

Hi,

There is no response to some of the buttons on my remote control, e.g. the TV button, the OK button and move to the right. We have had it for many years and it has been well used, to the extent that the numbers have worn off some of the buttons. 

Please can someone tell me how to get a replacement, quickly.

You can phone 150 from your Virgin Media phone, or 0345 454 1111,  and select TV Faults and they will send you a new one in the post. 

It's best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

You could also try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of remote or TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
