TIVO Fault

My TIVO Box is not working properly.  It takes ages for a simple thing like the TV guide to load up. How do I get a replacement? I've searched and searched on the Virgin website for a phone number or email address to speak to someone at Virgin but without success.

Virgin C/S are on 150 (from a VM phone), or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone)
