TIVO - DVR - Serious Problem

Hi, I am receiving the error message "The DVR has detected a serious problem..." (Green Screen) This appears whenever I try to start my TiVo box. Can anyone help/provide relevant advice please. I have kept the box turned on for about 3 hours now and it keeps going through the same routine of going blank, to 'Starting up' and then automatically to this message

Pretty sure the TIVO box needs replacing as prior to the green screen, it was taking up to 15 minutes to turn on.

Yep, your hard drive has failed and your box will need replacing.

You need to call in - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
