I have a problem with our Tivo box. It's has been stuck on 'starting up' since 10:00 this morning. I have rebooted it many times, and checked the connections to no avail. I tried to get an online check of the box, but each time I got to the page I am advised that the service is not available. My other box a V6 is working. Can anyone advise of what to do next?
I phoned the helpline and was advised it was not repairable so new box sent out and I self installed it on Friday. But I cannot get previous settings - series link etc copied from either the old tivo box, or the other V6 box I have in the house. Can you assist with this?
