Hi ya'll. Can someone please help me. On my t.v. guide it just says to be announced all the way down. What's the reason for this.
Has the box been switched off for a while, or in the case of a V6, become disconnected from its link to your Virgin hub?

Definitely not that I'm aware of. I've used it as normal. This is just a sudden issue that happened 3 days ago.. would there be any benefit in resetting my router?
If you've tried the normal reboots etc then go to Home>Settings>Network>Connect to the Virgin Media Service.
This should force a connection to Virgins servers & may fix the problem.
