Switch problems

Hi ,

i switched from sky to virgin .

I thought they switched the full

package tv, phone and broadband . But they didn’t switch the tv. So now I owe money to sky because of it .

anyone else had this issue

Virgin can switch your phone line if you are keeping the same number, this process cancels the phone and broadband with Sky. That is the process all ISP's follow according to Ofcom guidelines. It is up to you to cancel the TV as that is unaffected by the phoneline/broadband.
