Switched on virgin media using remote this morning and nothing happened. So then switched the box on and off and the box has now been stuck on starting up for 30 minutes.
Any other ideas on what I can do?
Just an update. Still stuck on starting up.
So ive offically had enough of virgin. It is near impossible to find a human being, customer service is beyond a joke. I wonder if I can find one when I phone to cancel????
