When turning on our tivo box it is stuck on the loading screen (welcome in different languages) and wont go past it and looping. Tried all the usual online suggestions to no avail so now having to keep casting to the tv
You've not said what "all the usual suggestions" actually were/are, so it's a bit tricky to help further.
If your box is stuck in a boot loop, my suggestion would be to call Virgin Media and report your fault.
