Streaming Netflix

I'm finding that anything I watch on Netflix through my TV currently freezes every 10minutes or less,at the minute. This has also happened when using BBC iPlayer at which point the programme just wouldn't play. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to see you've been having issues with Netflix.

 

Has this issue since been resolved or is this still on going?

 

If this is still on going, can you please advise me if you have any issues with Netflix on any other devices when connected to our services? 

 

Can you also advise me how you're streaming Netflix - is this an application on a smart TV or through your set top box? Are you connected via Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable?
