After my installation of 7 weeks ago, i am still yet to receive my free LG TV and no email on this either.
I have called the customer services on several occasions. Unfortunately, the team didn't have any clue about this after transferring my call between departments.
Hope someone can look into this ASAP.

Unfortunately you are not alone in this. There have been a few posts over the past couple of weeks with the same issue, and VM Forum Staff have advised there is a delay due to a backlog.
