Still heard nothing from my Move Home request for broadband

I had to move house during the early days of the outbreak and put in a Move Home request with them on 8th of March and since then heard NOTHING from them except the automatic “request taken, will contact soon” email. There is not even a virus outbreak related notification or possible dates for installation. Call centre numbers are removed from their website. On “Order Tracking” I can see a service order dated 20th of March but I wasnt notified for that also no one showed up or called anyways. Meanwhile they already sent a bill, so i’m paying for broadband that no one is using.
