I purchased Starzplay 2 days ago and got confirmation email from virgin. Anytime I try to watch a Starzplay show it tells me I need to upgrade.... I go to the upgrade and it tells me I've already subscribed

If not, how are you trying to watch the Starzplay content via your box or the TV go application?
