The policy that Sky have followed with all subscribers whether their own or through wholesale is that you get credit added from the day you applied for the pause. This has been the case with mine & everyone else I have spoken too. It looks like the pause is now due to end on 19 June following an announcement from Sky.

Thanks for the update! It’s really annoying as this was not expressed anywhere in an email or any service announcement when logging in anywhere until I accidentally found it on the site. Seems like a bit of a disservice.
