Spent all day trying to get VM to activate my package. Lots of calls. No call backs when promised.

We moved house Friday taking all our VM kit with us. The flat we moved into previously had VM package. We just need the package activating the TiVo box. Spent all day calling - 5 calls and still no TV. How difficult is to activate? I’ve been a customer since 2013 but terrible experience today. Any suggestions on how to sort this?
