Sound out of sync

Hi

Having issues with sound being out of sync on my Samsung TV. Not a new TV and connected directly to Virgin box.

Most noticeable on you tube app but now starting to happen on main channels and my shows.

Any advice appreciated

Press HOME>HELP& SETTINGS>SETTINGS>AUDIO>DOLBY DIGITAL SELECT Dolby Digital to PCM the press tv
