Thanks for that. However, the Mods also raised a ticket - see message 30 of this thread - numbered F007503473 (presumably for VM customers). It would be good to be kept updated on this also, if possible.
please see that my post which is number 11 on page one was some time prior to the mod team putting their ticket in. Surely the more tickets the BBC get, public or corporate, the better chance of them addressing what appears to be a signal issue irrespective of which platform it is delivered to.
BBC still claim to me a 10 working day response time. I will continue to chase my ticket up and update the forum if I have any information.
