No, but I made reference to others with same issue. Let’s hope something gets done esp if VM are on board too. Depends how many contact them with the issue tho I guess and how much it costs them? Already a call out, an hour of an engineers time and new equipment for me so far. I think I may as well cancel the second engineer visist for today after seeing others have the same signal issue. So it looks like it doesn't matter whether the viewer is with BT or Virgin, they'll experience the same issue, one thing I'm not 100% sure of is whether this is affecting one particular area or not, going by the reports so far it's looking like central Scotland only unless someone from outside that area says otherwise?
