Thanks for this, remember to let them know that the issue is being experienced by not only Virgin cable customers but also BT-TV customers.
The response from BT when I initially informed them about it never gave an option that they too would get in touch with the broadcaster, so well done if Virgin are able to contact the BBC as if it is fixed because of this it will also help others who have alternative providers as well.
It was @bigmarkster. When we merge a thread, the titles of the old thread remain the same in the merged thread. I've said thread a lot there...anyway, it merges them based on the times they were posted but it allows us to fire updates to all people affected so it's a good method for keeping all the same issues in one place.
