I've been stuck with a red screen asking me to press ok to continue update for 2 days ,nothing happening, virgin useless for help

Which TV box do you have? Check here if you're not sure.
I have a suspicion this could be your TV advising of an update - VM boxes normally have their updates pushed out overnight and auto-restarted.
Could you post a picture of this and upload it here?
